Shipping & Delivery

At Silk & Seoul, we want you to feel just as confident about your delivery as you do about your skincare. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD within Australia. For Australian orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $9 AUD applies. For international orders outside Australia, a flat shipping fee of $25 AUD applies at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

All Silk & Seoul orders ship directly from Korea, bringing you authentic products straight from trusted Korean brands. Delivery times vary significantly by destination and shipping method — as a general guide, please allow approximately 2–5 weeks from order to delivery, including our 3–5 business day processing time. Some destinations may be faster or slower than this range.

Customs & Import Requirements

Depending on your destination country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in the price you pay at checkout. A small number of countries require additional import documentation that we're not currently able to collect at checkout — if this applies to your order, we'll contact you before shipping, and in rare cases may need to cancel and refund the order if we're unable to meet these requirements.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check its progress anytime by logging into My Account and viewing your order history.

Delays

We work hard to get every order to you on time, but delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Occasionally, delivery can be affected by high demand, customs processing, or courier delays outside our control.
